I will definitely try this! I'm SICK of cleaning up after other ppl's dogs and inconsiderate neighbors who use MY lawn as a restroom for their pets as they walk them. I have a dog too, but we keep him leashed out back and I think its funny how we respect our neighbors but how much they DISrespect us this way! *checking out your link info

i cant do the sprinkler thing. my problem is im a corner lot and the sidewalk area out side of my fence is what gets bombed with crap so sprinklers will spray pedestrians and kids walking to school. i litterally picked up 4lbs of crap a few weeks ago after the winter. i set up cameras to catch whos doing it but todays pile was just out of range, so i was thinking of spraying pepper over there or some other kinda spray as this is getting really old…. and not even the poop, 15-20 dogs a day are peeing on the fence, smells wonderful in the summer

You want organically ?  Mixtures of pepper, garlic, cinnamon powders and put around the yard.  It works really well but you have to keep doing it every week until the dog gets your message.

The word HERB is pronounced "urb" this side of the Atlantic. As an editorial note, I've found the best dog repellant to be a well placed pellet in the hind quarter of the offending dog. It won't kill the dog but it hurts like HECK and after the owner has to give a veterinarian HUNDREDS of dollars for the office visit, extraction of pellet, a stitch or two and antibiotics, Mr. Irresponsible dog owner will keep his filthy dog in his own yard!

Not an option for side walk and drive way where the water would soak door and gravel drive way.

I took my puppy from a dog foster home about a year ago. I love him to bits; he has a great personality, and I feel that he loves our family so much. BUT, whenever I leave him at home he pees in the house: on the carpet, on the bed, on flowers..
My husband and I were thinking about taking him to 'doggy school', but then again, it’s extremely expensive, and the nearest 'doggy school' is far away from us. Maybe you have some advice? THANK YOU!!!!

Yeah so you can to Walmart and buy that spray… So you won't get sprayed when you walk by it

Bitter Apple Spray worked like a charm for me! Dog stopped chewing furniture immediately!

Not harmful is great. But what is best if you want to repel a dog that attacks. A biker said ammonia.
